You are on your way to beginning your real estate career! You must pick a real estate firm now that you have passed your real estate course and tests. We take the time to sit down with you, talk about both your and our goals, and determine whether we are a good fit. We will also provide you advice on the kinds of questions you should be asking any company when you interview them, as well as on other matters that may be significant to you.
You will benefit from having a partner with you for your first few deals to coach you through all of the necessary and required steps of the transaction because, as a new agent, you will initially need extra attention. The first three transactions for new agents at GNO Realty must be with your coaching partner. This enables you to pick up tips on how to manage the responsibilities that result from the transactions directly from your coaching partner.
We want to give you the tools you need to manage your business and be the best REALTOR® you can be.
We would like to work with a seasoned agent like you! Experienced agents at GNO Realty are allowed to run their businesses however they see fit. Work with first-time homebuyers, renters, or any other specialized market you want to target. We also provide virtual-based systems so that members of our team can work remotely when at home, traveling, or elsewhere as they see fit.
In addition to using virtual technologies, our team can come to our office to do tasks, hold meetings with clients or other team members, and more. GNO Realty is eager to empower you and collaborate with you!
The time is now for you to become licensed and start working in real estate! The next stage is to finish a 90-hour Pre-Licensing Course that has been approved by the Board. We can suggest a good Real Estate School if you’re interested in doing the Pre-Licensing Course online. We will help you to be ready for the national and state tests necessary to sell real estate!
After passing your real estate examinations, you can begin doing interviews with companies to ensure that you pick the finest spot to launch your career. GNO Realty provides a thorough meet and greet with prospective team members to ensure a good fit. If you choose us, we assist you in completing the necessary licensing paperwork. We will work with you on office orientation, setting up your business foundation, and more while we wait for your license application to be finished with the Louisiana Real Estate Commission!
