Braden Smith is a leading Greater New Orleans (GNO) real estate expert, distinguished by his unique combination of brokerage leadership, hands-on investment experience, and deep construction knowledge. As the owner and broker of GNO Realty, as well as the sole owner of REvitalize Property Solutions—a local real estate investment and development firm—Braden brings a comprehensive, real-world perspective to every transaction.
As both a licensed broker/REALTOR® and an active real estate investor, Braden is deeply embedded in the New Orleans market. He not only tracks market data, trends, and shifts, but also actively participates in acquisitions, renovations, and development projects. This dual role allows him to provide clients with strategic, experience-driven guidance—whether they are buying, selling, or building an investment portfolio.
A key differentiator in Braden’s approach is his extensive construction background. Raised in a family of contractors and having personally built spec homes, he offers a level of insight that goes far beyond the typical agent. His hands-on experience enables him to identify potential property issues, accurately assess renovation costs, and uncover value-add opportunities that others may overlook.
Braden specializes in working with investors, contractors, spec builders, and renovation-focused buyers. His ability to bridge the gap between construction and real estate ensures his clients are equipped to make informed, confident decisions at every stage—from initial evaluation to final execution.
Originally born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, Braden spent part of his childhood in New Jersey before returning to Lake Charles. He relocated to New Orleans in 1999 and has been a full-time resident ever since. He earned his degree in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans, with a concentration in Management and a minor in Marketing.
Outside of real estate, Braden enjoys working out, traveling, exploring the outdoors, and experiencing everything New Orleans has to offer with his wife, Hanh, and their dog, Millie.
